90-Day Replacement Guarantee — Terms

What our guarantee covers, what it does not, and how to use it — in plain English.

Last updated: 2 June 2026

Every placement made by CA Recruitment is covered by our 90-day replacement guarantee. This page sets out exactly what the guarantee covers, what it does not cover, and how to use it. We have written it in plain English because that is how we work.

Fees and Government Costs

Our recruitment fee is separate from this guarantee and is agreed with you, in writing, before any work begins. The government and third-party charges below are yours to pay — we pass them straight through to you:

These costs are billed to you at cost — we never mark them up — and are payable in advance of the relevant step. If a DETE permit application is refused or withdrawn before the permit is issued, DETE refunds 90% of the application fee to the applicant (that's you). Once a permit has actually been issued, the fee is not refundable, even if the worker never starts. Third-party costs already spent — LMNT advertising, or visa and travel once booked — are generally not recoverable. We give you a full written breakdown of every expected cost, and what is and isn't refundable, before you commit to anything.

1. What the Guarantee Is

If a worker placed by CA Recruitment leaves your employment within their first 90 days, or you have to dismiss them for gross misconduct within that period, we will source and place a replacement worker and waive our recruitment fee for that replacement.

2. The 90-Day Period

The 90-day period starts on the worker's first day of employment with you and is measured in calendar days.

3. What Is Covered

The guarantee applies when, within the first 90 days of employment:

4. What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not apply where, within the first 90 days:

If any of these situations arises, contact us anyway. We will always talk through the options with you — but a free replacement is not automatic in these cases.

5. What "Free Replacement" Means

When the guarantee applies, we waive our recruitment fee for sourcing and placing the replacement worker. The guarantee covers our fee only. It does not cover costs payable to third parties, including:

6. The Replacement Process and Timeline

A replacement worker goes through the same process as the original placement: candidate sourcing and vetting in the Philippines, your interview and approval, a new employment permit application, and the visa and travel process. Standard processing timelines apply — a replacement cannot be placed immediately, and the overall time will depend on the permit type and DETE processing times at the date of the new application.

7. How to Use the Guarantee

Contact us as soon as the worker resigns or the issue arises:

We will confirm whether the guarantee applies and start the replacement process with you.

Separately, please remember: if a worker's employment ends before their permit expires, both the employer and the worker are legally required to notify DETE within 4 weeks. This is a legal obligation that applies regardless of the guarantee — we will guide you through it.

If anything on this page is unclear, ask us before you commit to anything. We would rather explain the guarantee properly upfront than have a misunderstanding later.
